About the IDMA
The International Deep Memory Association (IDMA) is a “Community of the Spirit” of like-minded individuals and creative seekers, interested in ongoing healing, therapy and spiritual education, loosely gathered under the banner of Deep Memory Process (DMP), the broad-based therapy developed by Dr Roger J. Woolger.
It seeks to explore and promote deep healing work of all kinds—regression practice, ancestral fieldwork, psychodrama, constellation work, bodywork, naturopathy, Jungian psychology, cultural history and Goddess work—and works to build bridges with traditional spiritual practices such as shamanism, meditation, yoga and more.
IDMA is by no means restricted to professional therapists but is open to anyone seeking to learn about psychology, spirituality and healing, and wanting to be part of our lively and varied community (see Our Members).
Members and the general public come together regularly at the IDMA Annual Conference on Spiritual Healing, to which we always invite interesting outside presenters who are experts in their field. We also stay in touch through a programme of public or professional events offered or organized by members. These include workshops, lectures, meetings, retreats, theater visits, tours and more.
We publish a lively Magazine which is a mixture of personal and professional articles contributed by our members and friends. We promote all members' activities, books, presentations and performances in both the Magazine, our Bulletin, and through the website Members’ Marketplace where discounts are available to all our members. And we also network with other professional groups, researchers, scholars and teachers (Links).
